Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts receivable/payable, cheque preparation, and online banking operations.

Position: Accounts Officer
Location: Lahore - HO
Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable/payable
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and process cheques, vouchers, and online banking transactions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Assist in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely financial data and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and company financial policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with cheque preparation and online banking portals.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
