Accounts Officer

Job Summary:

StepTrade Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Excel, cash management, and capital market operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, fund flow monitoring, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash management, fund flow, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain bank, ledger, and client account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records as per capital market operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and broker/client balances
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal audit requirements
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Excellent command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Capital market knowledge is mandatory (Equity, Derivatives, Settlements, Margin, Clearing & Exchanges)
• Experience in stock broking, capital market, or financial services firm
• Knowledge of exchange processes (NSE/BSE) and settlement cycles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,003.44 - ₹35,817.68 per month
