Key Responsibilities – Accounts Officer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
- Record, verify, and post accounting vouchers in the accounting system on a daily basis.
- Handle bank-related matters, including coordination with banks, deposits, withdrawals, and cheque management.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, ledgers, and monthly financial statements.
- Verify, track, and follow up on pending, failed, or disputed vouchers and transactions.
- Manage cash flow records and ensure proper documentation of all receipts and payments.
- Maintain donor records, donation receipts, and financial data of donation recipients (where applicable).
- Ensure proper record keeping of requisition books, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management for cheque signing, approvals, and financial authorizations.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, donor requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
- Handle financial matters related to assigned projects, regions, or departments.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
- Perform additional accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Department.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
