Accounts Officer

We are a UK-based company looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Collection Officer to manage financial records and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills along with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers, particularly from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Communicate with UK-based customers via calls and messages to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth payment processes
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Good spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
  • Ability to deal with international (UK) customers confidently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Details

  • Location: Onsite (Lahore)
  • Schedule: 9-hour shift (including break)
  • Working Days: Sunday to Friday
  • Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
