Accounts Officer

  • Job Title: Accounts Officer
  • Job Description:
  • • Verify and reconcile invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and collections.
  • • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • • Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss and supporting schedules.
  • • Maintain and monitor inventory records in coordination with procurement teams.
  • • Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis.
  • • Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
  • • Ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations and basic tax requirements.
  • • Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure a clear audit trail.
  • • Prepare monthly management reports for senior management.
  • • Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • • Any other task assigned by the Manager.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • • Good communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
