- Job Title: Accounts Officer
- Job Description:
- • Verify and reconcile invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and collections.
- • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- • Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss and supporting schedules.
- • Maintain and monitor inventory records in coordination with procurement teams.
- • Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis.
- • Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
- • Ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations and basic tax requirements.
- • Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure a clear audit trail.
- • Prepare monthly management reports for senior management.
- • Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- • Any other task assigned by the Manager.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- • Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
