Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts officer to oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the capability to manage financial processes efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist management with budgeting and financial planning.
• Record and track company expenses, payments, and financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with tax-related documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial reporting and business performance analysis.
• Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain accurate expense records.
• Support internal audits and financial verification processes as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Effective communication and time management skills.

Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 45,000 (Based on Experience)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
