Accounts Officer

Job Overview

The Accounts Officer at Time Travel & Tours will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations. This role includes overseeing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and participating in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing clients and processing payments to vendors.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to inform management decision-making.
• Monitor bank transactions and account reconciliations.
• Support the budgeting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Assist in the audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial guidance to the management and support cross-functional teams with financial insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of Catalyst Software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

The Accounts Officer will work in a professional office environment with standard business hours, Monday through Saturday. Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons or for special projects.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
