Job Description:
1. Manage all accounting transactions
2. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing
3. Maintaining Chart of Account
4. Voucher Preparation/Posting
5. Payment withholding tax control of Suppliers and services
6. Trail balance and Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7. Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
8. Ledger Maintaining
9. File Maintaining
10. Prepare and generate tax returns using tax software
11. Preparing accounts and tax returns & Vouchers
12. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
13. Auditing financial information
14. Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
15. Analyzing accounts and business plans
16. Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
17. Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Requirement:
1- B.com/M.com/ACCA
2- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel , Power Point, Word and Outlook).
3-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4- Good organizational and time management skills.
5- The ability to work on multi tasking while maintaining accuracy.
6- The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
