Educational Qualification: CA Inter/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Non-Pursuing)

Experience: 2 to 5 years in accounting & amp; financial management roles ( ITR Filling )

Job highlights

* Oversee accounting operations, finalize accounts, prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance.

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.

* Finalize books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis as per regulatory standards.

* Prepare and present accurate and timely MIS reports, financial analysis, and management accounting

* reports to support decision-making.

* Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

* Handle statutory compliance, including GST, Income tax, TDS, PT, ESI, PF, and other relevant regulations.

* Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and ensure timely closure.

* Assist in managing working capital, cash flow forecasts, and budget preparation.

* Monitor receivables/payable and bank reconciliations.

* Ensure timely closing of books and preparation of financial statements. Support senior management with data-driven financial insights and business strategy.

* Implement best accounting practices and improve existing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong knowledge of finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and management accounting.

* Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

* Should be able to work independently and manage finance team.

* Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,484.16 - ₹42,861.47 per month
