Job Description:
Enrichers Investment Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all day to day financial transactions (payables, receivables, general ledger).
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management report.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts on a regular basis.
- Monitor company expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
- Handle tax calculations, withholding statements, and coordination with tax consultants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and support.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting & Finance or B.COM
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
