Accounts Officer - Receivable

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Agrochemical industry.
• Familiarity with inventory aging and expiry management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP-based working experience will be preferred.

Education:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Job Description:

Accounts Officer – Receivable is responsible for but not limited to:

• Preparing daily reports, including National Stock (company-wise), Closing Stock, Inventory Aging (product-wise), and Dispatches (customer/company-wise).
• Compiling monthly reports for Near Expiry, Expired, and Seasonal Seed Stock based on sales data.
• Coordinating daily stock transfers between warehouses by liaising with the sales team and warehouse in-charges via email.
• Generating SAP reports for Batch Transactions, FRP checks, Expiry status, Batch Lock/Unlock, and Product Ledgers.
• Supporting seed production activities by creating BOMs, Production Orders, and recording Goods Issuance and Receipt Notes in SAP.
• Verifying imprest and transporter expenses with warehouse and accounts teams, and assisting in resolving MIS-related issues.

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
