Job Title: Accounts Officer

Salary: PKR 50,000 per month (depending on experience)

About Us:

Tempo Sports is a leading manufacturer of high-quality sports goods. We're seeking an Accounts Officer to join our team and assist in accounts operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily cash statement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies w.r.t to all types of vouchers posting and files maintenance of every vendor, contractor etc.
• Oversee accounts payable functions of local vendors and service providers to ensure timely payments are made and recording / posting is done in ERP and files are up to date.
• Ensure timely posting of the import bills by coordinating with relevant dept.
• Maintain record and posting of debit notes against the material issued to vendors timely in ledgers and files.
• Manage cash flow by monitoring payments, invoicing, and receipts.
• Managing vendor's reconciliation in case of differences in balance.
• Prepare directors salaries & maintaining cheques reversal.
• Getting approval of every sort of payments & bills from relevant directors.
• Ensure timely posting of local sale sway sale and scrap sale vouchers.
• Posting of advances and salaries to employees, contractors in ledgers
• Co-ordinate with export department to maintain detail of receivables, advances up to date.
• Ensure timely posting of the sale invoices by coordinating with export dept.
• Credit card bills payments.
• Mobile bills payment.
• Ensure timely closure of longstanding PO's by coordinating with purchase dept.
• Ensure proper posting of vouchers is done company wise.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 2 to 3 years experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software.
