Accounts officer / Senior Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee international financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global regulations.
• Handle merchant accounts, including monitoring transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining account integrity.
• Monitoring & following up for pending due to be received.
• Checking & Verification of bills, supporting documents, and relevant approvals.
• Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Assist in month-end and year-end Closing.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize account information (Customized Management Reports)
• Managing Accounts Receivables (with sound knowledge of different currency conversions)
• Update accounts payable and performs bank reconciliations
• Managing internal & external Email communications.
• Bank correspondence, bank portals.
• Vendor Payments and Vendor Management.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Com with enrollment in any professional certification (CMA, CA, ACCA, or CPA) or any other equivalent

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong and efficient communication skills, must be proficient with Google Excel sheets, word.
• have sound knowledge of using accounting soft wares like quick books & must contain strong and very strong accounting concepts.
