Accounts Officer/Expert US Payroll

Tangent Technologies are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer/expert of US Payroll to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to handle routine finance tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain financial records and ledgers.

● Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

● Manage accounts payable and receivable.

● Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

● Support audits and tax-related documentation.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of accounting experience.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

● High attention to detail and accuracy.

● Good organizational and time management skills.
