Accounts Officer/Imports Manager

Location: DHA Phase 6 Rahat Commercial Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger, journals, and other financial records

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

· Manage accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

· Preparing & Gathering Data for Filing income tax & Sales Tax returns and ensure timely compliance with FBR regulations

· Handle provincial taxes including Sindh Sales Tax on Services (SRB) and other applicable

· Liaise with Banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government departments when required

· Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and internal controls.

· Maintain and looking after rental

· Knowledge of Bank dealing for Imports including EIF Approvals, LC Opening & LC Margins.

· Preparing With-holding Tax Challans.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

· Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s taxation system (IRIS, FBR & SRB)

· Proficient in accounting software (ERPs, Excel, etc.)

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks across different business verticals

· Salary Range 60k to 80K

· Monday to Saturday

· Timing 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
