Al Arabia Mix is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Operations Assistant to support our finance and operations team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting entries, data management, and routine office coordination tasks. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work and has a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily transactions into Custom System and Excel.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding payments.
  • Maintain and update operational data (sales, deliveries, expenses).
  • Prepare basic daily and weekly financial/operations reports.
  • Assist with reconciliations and audit preparation.
  • Support management with administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
