About the Role

Sham Tech is looking for a female (Filipinoo or Chinese) full-time Accountant & Operations Assistant to handle our daily accounting, talk to clients, prepare prices for their bulk orders, and make sure their orders are completed properly. You will also help prepare annual financial reports for both our UAE and Hong Kong companies.

Responsibilities

  • Record all accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, and payments).
  • Handle client invoices and supplier payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly summaries.
  • Talk to clients to confirm orders, understand needs, and arrange delivery.
  • Prepare and send quotations and prices for bulk and distributor orders.
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers to make sure orders and payments are completed.
  • Keep organized records of invoices, receipts, and shipping documents.
  • Support management with annual reports and financial data.
  • Work with external accountants and auditors when required.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting or Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or operations.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience using QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally.
  • Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with international clients and payments.

Job Details

  • Full-time, on-site in Dubai.
  • Salary: 3,000 AED per month (all-inclusive).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
