we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Manager to manage U.S. clients’ accounts and oversee day-to-day company operations.
This is a key on-site leadership role, ideal for someone who is confident in accounting, fluent in English, and can handle both financial management and operational coordination during U.S. working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for U.S. clients (billing, invoicing, reconciliations, reports).
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and vendor payments efficiently.
- Ensure accounting accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Communicate directly with U.S. clients regarding account summaries, invoices, and reports.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and operational targets.
- Communicate with U.S. clients to ensure workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Supervise team performance and generate internal progress reports.
- Identify process improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Preferred: ACCA Member / Part-Qualified, CA-Inter (with Articles), or Master’s in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Accounting or Operations (experience with U.S. clients preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data reports).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave Accounting.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English (client-facing role).
- Other Requirements:
- Must be available for evening or midnight shifts (U.S. time zone).
- Must be on-site at Paragon City, Lahore.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
