Foundation Specialist LLC is a commercial and residential concrete contractor for new construction. Providing general contracting, construction management, and self-development services across the surrounding region and Western WA. They also build and manage various residential/commercial properties around WA state.
Qualifications:
- No less than 5 years of experience.
- High school diploma required Functional knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) particularly Excel
- Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with the AP team and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the AP team
- An Accounts Payable Clerk at our corporate office is responsible for all processes that pertain to timely payment of Accounts Payable vendors
- Must be able to accurately process and audit invoices.
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Develops solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Also able to problem solve individually. Uses reason.
- Excellent Communication - Speaks clearly. Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions. Is willing to make changes when needed. Professional with dealing with vendors and coworkers
- Assist in month end reconciliation. Verifying payments and invoices have been received and entered.
- Assisting Property managers. Including entering Rent invoices and applying rent payments. Processing late fees and refunding deposits. Checking tenant balances. Verifying and paying utilities.
