- Accounts payable, from getting manager approval for payment to mailing checks to vendors

Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve all discrepancies

Record sales and use tax

Collect credit card receipts from cardholders bi-monthly, and ensure timely payment of cards

Assist with capital spend tracking

Receive and reconcile fuel inventory

Record and reconcile warranty credit memos

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes (including 1099 forms to vendors)
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance or a minimum of 3 years related experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, or similar)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to sit at a desk for the majority of the shift.
