Accounts Payable Accountant

We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Accountant

Join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong financial controls across all Jollibee stores and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

-Process and validate supplier invoices (3-way match)

-Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs

-Reconcile vendor and GR/IR accounts

-Support month-end closing and audit schedules

-Ensure compliance with policies, VAT, and internal controls

-Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and operations teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Finance (required)

Master in finance is a plus

- 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality

- CMA, CPA, or CTP certification preferred

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & negotiation skills

- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure

- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, Procurement)

- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, business concepts, internal controls

- Strong presentation skills

- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.) & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
