Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Overview: Sibalca Packaging Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this critical role, you will manage the financial flows of the organization by ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial efficiency and cash flow management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AAT) are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 60 - 120, based on experience.
