Accounts Payable Analyst

Extreme Auto Transport is a leading logistics company with over 25 years of experience in the auto transport industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the financial operations that keep our business moving.

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for sorting, reviewing, obtaining approval and processing vendor invoices. Key duties include reaching out to vendors to receive invoices or make corrections that are related to the current month's expenses, and communicating with the accounting team for accrual preparation, to ensure timely and accurate data entry before payment processing. The position requires experience with administrative/document management.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Daily monitoring and managing of e-mail inbox (Invoice, AP etc.)

• Forward bills and follow ups for approval
• Communicate with vendors to ensure invoices are accurate and received in timely manner
• Maintain A/P Filing (ex) Print and save bills and other backups), organize, and make relevant notes on them
• Review/summarize bills as needed in Excel
• Enter invoices to SAP and submit them in E-doc for review after approved
• Organize/prepare bills/backups for ACH payment and submit to CFO
• Answer incoming calls including Vendors and Subhaulers to help caller with concerns or questions, Or forward call to the appropriate staff for further assistance
• Support Fuel Surcharge process
• Vendor BP (Business Partner) information collection
• Office Supply management
• Support CFO/ accounting team for month-end and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ability to work 100% in office out of Duluth, GA.
• Detail-oriented and ability to think critically and ask questions
• Diligent and self-motivated team player
• Dependable and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites
• Ability to pay attention to details and act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
• Be able to demonstrate research and problem-solving skills
• SAP experience is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
