Accounts Payable Analyst Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for increasing efficiency and accuracy in our accounts payable process. Designing and implementing process improvements that contribute to cost reduction. Coordinating and analyzing the accounts payable process for accurate and timely invoice processing.
Accounts Payable Analyst Major Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Analyst Position Qualifications:
- Educations/Learning Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, or business
Work Experience
- Required: 3 to 5 years in Accounts Payable
- Desired: 5+ years in Accounts Payable and/or general accounting; Analyst Experience
Skills/Knowledge
- Required: ERP Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, Vendor Maintenance and Accounts Payable Processes, knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, extensive process development and automation
- Behavior Competencies
- Required: Analytical, detailed oriented, problem-solver, strong written and oral communication skills, high integrity, and self-motivated.
