This role is responsible for owning accounts payable operations and supporting core accounting functions across multiple Nomada entities. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a multi-entity environment.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that supports senior accounting leadership and external finance partners by ensuring timely, accurate processing and clean month-end support.
Process vendor invoices across multiple entities with accurate coding and approvals
Manage electronic payments, ACH, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 tracking
Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payment cycles
Own Bill.com workflows and vendor onboarding
Coordinate closely with accounting on month-end AP close and cut-offs
Record financial transactions and support general ledger accuracy
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
Support monthly inventory and intercompany processes
Verify daily sales activity as needed and assist with reconciliation support
Provide administrative support to senior accounting leadership
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support general office and accounting administration as needed
Maintain confidentiality of company financial data and vendor records
Follow internal controls and documentation standards

Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
Experience with AP automation tools (Bill.com or similar preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Job Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)
Work Location: On-site (not remote)
Compensation: $28–$30 per hour
