ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST – Be the Backbone of the Operation

What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Have)

You’ll play a critical role in both financial accuracy and day-to-day operations, supporting the accounting team while keeping the office running efficiently.

Accounts Payable & Financial Support

· Manage and process vendor invoices with accuracy and accountability

· Track and reconcile credit card transactions and receipts

· Assist with weekly bank deposits and account reconciliations

· Support subcontractor compliance tracking (payroll, insurance, documentation)

· Assist with payroll processing and financial data entry as needed

Administrative & Office Operations

· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members

· Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics

· Track and maintain company vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, maintenance)

· Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor service needs

· Support leadership and team members with day-to-day operational needs

This role is essential to keeping both the financial systems and the office environment running smoothly.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines attention to detail with reliability and a strong sense of ownership.

· 1+ year of administrative experience in an office environment

· 1+ year of accounting or accounts payable experience

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Bonus if you have:

· Construction industry experience

· Payroll experience

· Additional accounting experience

Compensation

· $40,000 – $60,000 base salary (depending on experience)

· Up to 5% annual bonus tied to performance and company results

Pay: $19.50 - $28.75 per hour
