Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team in the sports memorabilia and sneaker space. This role is responsible for managing the company’s outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of invoices and vendor transactions.Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval
- Manage accounts payable workflow, including coding and data entry
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AP transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a high level of accountability
