Accounts Payable Associate

With over 45 years in the industry, Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor headquartered in Holliston, MA working throughout New England and the Southeast. We are searching for an experienced full-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices for the Company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing assigned vendor accounts
  • Matching packing slips to invoices
  • Processing invoices against purchase orders
  • Preparing for daily and monthly check runs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving vendor invoice issues
  • Maintaining files and data entry

Must Haves:

  • Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities with a high volume of work.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
