Accounts payable, Bookkeeper, and personal assistant

Overview
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Accounts Payable, Bookkeeper, and Personal Assistant. This position requires account reconciliation, invoicing, willingness to learn new accounting software and occasional personal assisting tasks to the CEO. Ideal candidates will bring a foundation in accounting principles and a proactive attitude. Must work well with a team to promote a positive work environment. This is a part time position that is ideal for mothers looking to re-enter the work force or someone with an accounting background looking for part time work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties such as general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying and processing timesheets.
  • Work well with other AP team members to ensure that all accounts are current and deadlines are met.

Experience

  • Experience with account reconciliation processes such as bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
