Job Summary:
Equitas Small Finance Bank is looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with hands-on experience in GST & TDS filings, invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing
 Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS in compliance with statutory requirements
 Handle vendor payments as per agreed terms and maintain good vendor relationships
 Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate ledger balances
 Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions and supporting documents for audit purposes
 Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries
 Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and finance to streamline payment processes
 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
 Assist in month-end closing activities related to payablesKey Skills Required:
 Strong knowledge of GST filing and TDS filing
 Experience with invoice processing and vendor payment cycles
 Proficient in reconciliation of accounts
 Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oraclepreferred)
 Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
