Accounts Payable Clerk

Our company is seeking an administrative assistant to provide clerical and administrative support. Job duties include but are not limited to the following.

-Vendor Management and Accounts Payable

-Data Entry (Including invoices, receipts, purchase orders)

-Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner

-Filing System

-Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

-Perform Receptionist duties

English and Spanish is a plus

This position is currently part time with the potential to be full time.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
