Accounts Payable Clerk

Acupath Laboratories is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, help maintain vendor relationships, and support our financial operations. This role is perfect for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and matching with purchase orders.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (checks and ACH) while meeting deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records in [e.g., “QuickBooks” or “SAP”].
• Assist with month-end closings and financial reporting.
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
• Create purchase orders and processing orders.
• Various accounting duties.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small finance team.
• Strong analytical skills and a good eye for accuracy.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
