Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and check all vouchers for payment
  • Handle all venders
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
  • Assist in monthly closing
  • Assists with accounts receivable and special projects , as needed
  • Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
  • Perform other administrative duties as need

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize in order to meet deadlines
  • Be detail oriented
  • Strong Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
