Accounts Payable Coordinator

* Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing several businesses in the accounts payable department. Medical office experience is a plus but not necessary. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

We do not offer health insurance at this time!

* Responsibilities

- Assist in managing staff

- Human Resources: Interview, back ground check, onboarding

- Manage the accounts payable and day-to-day operations for several businesses

- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes

- Prepare reports for management as needed

*Skills

-Attention to detail.

-Attention to process and procedure.

-Collaborating with CPA regarding daily, monthly, quarterly business.

- Proficiency in ADP, Quickbooks is a must!

- Strong knowledge of payroll management

- Understanding of debits, credits, taxes, and account reconciliation

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
