Job Description

The Accounts Payable Associate is primarily responsible for accurately recording day to day transactions. Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills are important abilities for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Allocate and post financial transactions
• Pay supplier invoices in a timely fashion
• Issue invoices to customers
• Ensure the prompt collection of receivables
• Process bank deposits and record cash receipts
• Respond and complete special tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications ( Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong proficiency with computers, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
