Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Denver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization across financial processes.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts.
- Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services
- Manage weekly check runs and payment processing
- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting
- Track and reconcile expenses across multiple properties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Support the Controller and accounting team with additional tasks as needed
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Pay range: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible weekly schedule as determined by manager
- Sick time accrued in accordance with Colorado law
