Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor payments accurately and on time
• Handle payment postings and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in payment process and payment posting is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
