JOB DESCRIPTION OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER Accounts Payable is very important area of finance in our organization which is mainly involved in cash outflow where the officer has a vital role. The following are the KPI of an accounts payable officer.

1. Responsible for maintaining control over the expenditure.

2. Duty to maintain proper record of payables.

3. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly review of payable ageing and make sure the payments are settled accordingly.

4. Responsible for checking documents related with the purchase and other payments. 5. Follow the policies and procedures related with the payment protocol of Deutsche Consulting Pvt Ltd.

6. Monitor the expenses request initiated through KEKA HR portal by all the employees in the company.

7. Make sure these requests are based on policy and as per their entitlement.

8. Verify and process it for further approval.

9. Reject any request that is not as per policy or entitlement.

10. Maintaining daily cashflow requirement sheet in ZOHO portal.

11. Preparation of daily MIS and report the same and payment process.

12. Bank reconciliation of all banks.

13. Coordination with the receivable section to make sure enough fund flow is available for day-to-day operations.

14. Petty cash Management: Issue petty cash to all branches and verification of the same. 15. Frequent reinstating of the petty cash requirement of all branches.

16. Maintain petty cash of corporate office and reinstating of the same.

17. Follow and make sure all statutory compliance related with payable section like GST input tax (2 B invoices), IT Deductions and other requirement (TDS, all other deductions).

18. Verification of monthly payroll and checking of PF, ESI, LWF, TAX ON SALARY, PROFESSIONAL TAX ETC. Monitor the PF and ESI site for the payment of the same.

19. Supporting for monthly MIS performance report: Providing payable ageing and all other liabilities.

20. Co ordinate with Internal and external auditors for the year end or interim Audit.

21. Covering other sections of the department whenever it is necessary.

22. Any other duties related with finance as and when assigned by the reporting Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
