Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / BS Accounting or relevant field)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and timely

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and process payment vouchers, cheques, and online transfers

Maintain proper record of all payable transactions

Coordinate with vendors regarding payment queries

Handle bank reconciliations and maintain banking relationships

Assist in processing sales transactions and recording sales entries

Support in cash flow management and payment planning

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable

Knowledge of sales accounting and banking procedures

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
