The team….

Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, efficient operations, and compliance across Imagen. The team consists of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis. The Finance team partners across all organizations in Imagen to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.

You have a strong inclination of building standards and fully automated processes.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing invoices for payment to ensure that vendors are paid on time.
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling vendor accounts.
Responding to inquiries from vendors and internal customers within a set standard time frame.
Establish and maintain customer vendor relationships and internal customer relationships.
Ensure that all invoices and payment entries are recorded on time and accurately in the accounting system.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures that support company mission, values, and standards of ethics.
Performs ad-hoc business analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years accounts payable experience
Strong analytical skills
Auditing skills, with the ability to research and reconcile difficult accounts
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams on production work, initiatives, projects, and testing
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to query, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of data
Ability to display a high level of initiative, effort & commitment to completing assignments efficiently.
Attention to details while still seeing the big picture
A sense of humor, a curious mind, an eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
