Position Overview
We are looking for a polished, highly detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day financial operations of our clients. This role goes beyond traditional accounts payable. The ideal candidate thrives in a concierge-style environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a frictionless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain highly organized, up-to-date records of client accounts, billing schedules and payment methods
- Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors and service providers
- Manage all aspects of bill pay services
- Prepare clear, concise monthly spending summaries and reports for clients
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve financial workflows
- Assist with onboarding new clients by setting up systems, accounts and payment processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, financial operations, or a similar client service role
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- Professional, polished communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive financial information
- Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Experience in concierge services, family office, personal assistant or high-net-worth client environments
- Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Airtable or similar tools
- Experience improving processes or implementing automation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
