Responsibilities

Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approval
Enter invoices and payment information into the accounting system
Prepare and process check, ACH, and credit card payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bonus: Experience in the service industry or with a trade company is a plus!
