Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process across multiple locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment across multiple locations
• Review, reconcile, and pay vendor statements accurately and on time
• Manage and reconcile company credit card transactions across multiple accounts
• Ensure proper coding, documentation, and approval of invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
