Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support our dealership operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage timely payments to vendors and service providers
• Review contract terms to ensure correct billing
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors
• Maintain organized financial records and support monthly reporting
• Process and upload DealPak title fees on a weekly basis
• Perform weekly credit card and account reconciliations
• Support new inventory processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience OR
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel required; Teams preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work additional hours during month-end close (including occasional weekends/holidays)
