Accounts Payable Specialist

Founded in 1975, the Omaha, Nebraska based dealership has grown to 17 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota with over 1100 employees. We are seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounts Payable department. The AP team is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

1. Collect information and approvals as needed to create and update vendor information.

2. Maintain company AP email inbox.

3. Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are processed. Review any past due amounts or payments made in error.

4. Resolve vendor payment returns in coordination with third party payment vendor.

5. Manage daily mail process for the department.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB:

1. Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.

2. Must have typing skills of 45 WPM and equivalent data processing experience.
