Accounts Payable Specialist

Job description:

We are an occupational drug testing company seeking a part-time accounts payable specialist who is dependable and accurate with experience in QuickBooks Online. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience with QuickBooks Online.

Position is part-time with flexible hours M-F between 8am-5pm.

Job will include:

• Reconcile invoices
• Accurately enter and manage bills in QuickBooks Online
• Print and prepare checks for payment processing
• Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox
• Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
