Supporting Multiple Construction Companies & Related Entities

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support multiple construction-related companies and affiliated entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and values accuracy and teamwork.

What you'll do

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely across multiple companies/entities

Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documentation

Manage subcontractor and vendor payments

Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense coding

Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and insurance documentation

Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice questions and payment status

Support month-end close and reporting processes

Help maintain organized digital and physical records

Assist with lien waivers, compliance tracking, and other construction accounting functions as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or construction accounting preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with construction/accounting software is a plus
