Wayne Contracting is a growing commercial General Contractor located in Maryland Heights with national accounts across the United States. Wayne Contracting is seeking a full time Accounts Payable Specialist to add to our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Processes A/P transactions
• Performs daily bookkeeping
• Processes records related to vendors and vendor payments
• Conducts a number of routine and standard processes
• Generates basic financial reports
• Conducts various forms of general accounting and vendor outreach.

Experience in multi-company and QuickBooks highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting software: 1 year (Required)
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)
