The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles for a Property Management Company, be proficient in using accounting software such as AppFolio or Property Management software, and have experience with journal entries.
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the month-end closing process. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
