This role supports daily AP operations including invoice review, coding, data entry, payment processing, resolving discrepancies, managing vendor communications, processing reimbursements, and credit card expenses, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain efficient workflows. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, and familiarity with GAAP, along with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  Requirements:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years AP experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Food industry experience a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   D365 highly preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Medius or another AP automation software highly preferred
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  Pay: $28-30/hr
